At Bridges Property Limited we are a local property investment company involved in the residential property market for the past few years. We pride ourselves in our personal and honest approach to any property situation resulting in win-win solutions for all parties involved.

Our experience in buy to let market allowed us to offer services for other landlords and investors. Main products we offer are: property sourcing and acquisition for buy to let investors on an ad hoc basis; portfolio building for hands-off investors who want to build sustainable asset base to provide them with residual income and wealthy retirement.

We also source property development opportunities. These projects are usually carried out with our associated construction company Lothian Construction Ltd. Often, especially after the credit crunch, we do involve investors and joint venture partners in our development projects.

Unlike most other companies, we do not charge any upfront fees. We aim to achieve results for us and our clients that are sustainable in the mid and long term.
